HOW IS THE 1-GALLON GREEN OMBT PRODUCT SHIPPED?
Secoes ships our product via FedEx. Each 1-gallon HDPE bottle is first placed in a water-tight bag, then placed in a box (where 1 to 4 bottles are shipped per box).
HOW IS THE 55-GALLON GREEN OMBT PRODUCT DRUM SHIPPED?
Secoes ships our product via ground transportation currier service provider. Four (4) or more 55-gallon HDPE drums may be shipped on wood pallets to facilitate product removal and storage at the customer location. Our transport service will unload off the truck, but will not transport to a separate setup, use, or storage location at the customer location. A 55-gallon drum dolly, pallet jack or forklift equipped with a pallet jack pallet extension will be required for drum relocation and placement at the facility, once unloaded by our freight service provider.
HOW IS THE 275-GALLON GREEN OMBT PRODUCT TOTE SHIPPED?
Secoes ships our product via ground transportation currier service provider. Each 275-gallon HDPE tote is enclosed in a steel cage to facilitate product removal and storage at the customer location. Our transport service will unload each tote off the truck, but will not transport to a separate customer setup, use, or storage location. A forklift equipped with a pallet jack extension will be required for totem placement at the facility, once unloaded by our freight service provider.
DOES SECOES INCLUDE A PRODUCT PUMP/DISPENSER FOR THE 55-GALLON DRUM?
DOES SECOES INCLUDE A PRODUCT DISPENSER FOR THE 275-GALLON TOTE?
Secoes will include one (1) gravity fed product dispenser (with tote fittings/hose adapter kit) with the first shipment to each new customer location, upon request. Additional gravity fed product dispenser kits can also be ordered from Secoes if needed by the customer.
CAN THE MICROBES BE IMPACTED BY EXCESSIVE HIGH OR COLD TEMPERATURES?
Yes, the microbes in the product are very sensitive to excessive high and cold temperatures. Store product in original container with cap tightly secured. Do not freeze. Do not store product in direct sunlight or in excessive heat conditions. Store in temperatures between 40-110 degrees F. As necessary, cover product drums and totes with warming blankets to ensure temperatures are maintained above 40 degrees F.
